Holistic Trauma Therapy
These 1:1 holistic therapy sessions are for people who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and into deeper, lasting change.
This work is for you if you can sense there is something underneath what you’re currently experiencing… patterns, emotional responses, or ways of being that feel hard to shift, even if you don’t fully have the words for it yet.
Together, we gently explore what’s showing up in your life right now. Whether that’s anxiety, overwhelm, trauma responses, relationship challenges, self-sabotage, burnout, inner child wounds, illness or feeling stuck in survival mode.
No trauma is too big or too small for this space. I have experience supporting clients through CPTSD, sexual trauma, abuse, and childhood wounds, with the intention of creating a safe and grounded space for understanding, processing, and meaningful change.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and holistic. I work with the connection between mind and body, supporting you to explore not just your thoughts, but the deeper emotional, somatic, and subconscious patterns that shape how you experience yourself and your life.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about creating space to understand yourself differently, soften survival patterns that have been keeping you safe, and begin to reconnect with the parts of you that may have been overlooked, protected, or pushed aside.
Sessions are 90–120 minutes and are held online, making this work accessible wherever you are.

How We Work Together
Each session is guided by what is present for you in that moment, with space to go deeper where needed. The work may include:
We gently work with subconscious patterns, emotional responses, and protective beliefs that may have formed over time. We support the nervous system in processing stored stress and trauma in a safe and paced way. We explore younger or protective parts of self with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment. We bring awareness to how emotions are held in the body, and support release where appropriate. And we work with grounding and embodiment practices to help you reconnect with safety, presence, and internal stability.
The intention is always integration, not overwhelm, and not force.

What This Work Is Not
If you are looking for traditional talk therapy, this may not be the right fit.
This work goes beyond conversation and insight alone. It is experiential, somatic, and subconscious, supporting change at the level where patterns are actually held, not just understood.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You don’t need the perfect words, the right explanation, or a clear understanding of what’s happening inside you.
You just need a willingness to begin exploring it safely, slowly, and with support.
